Working to prevent child abuse requires knowledge, reflection, and ongoing training. Over the years, we have developed a strong connection with academia and various scientific partners, seeking to bridge the gap between research and practice and contribute to increasingly informed and effective intervention.
This collaboration has resulted in participation in research projects, publication of scientific articles and book chapters, presentation of posters and communications at national and international meetings, as well as the organization of initiatives for reflection and debate.
Initiatives for reflection and debate that brought together experts and professionals to discuss the protection and rights of children.
Training is also an essential dimension of our work. We develop actions aimed at the entire educational community and other agents involved in childhood, addressing topics related to the prevention of abuse, promotion of children’s rights, parenting, and child protection.
We want to continue producing, sharing, and transforming knowledge into practice, contributing to a culture of prevention and to a society more capable of recognizing, protecting, and promoting the rights of all children.
